Are you an RFG?
This site has been a long time coming. I used to blog almost religiously at No Mo' Fat Joe but over time I realized that wasn't really named correctly. I will always be "fat", meaning that I will have to struggle with the all the temptations and bad habits that I developed over the years. I will always have to keep myself in check just like an alcoholic or drug addict. So I am going to always be recovering from my illness of being "fat". But that doesn't mean I have to lay down and accept it. Luckily I discovered CrossFit and that has set me on the road to changing my life. It has been my own personal "AA" and even though I've had relapses and my ups and downs, I am MUCH better and healthier then I have ever been.
My goal with this blog is to share my tips and tricks (and even mistakes) that I've learned along the way to help people down the path of getting healthy. I hope what i've done will motivate others to do what they think is impossible.
